Overview
Al-Reda is a private institution in Wadi Hadramawt, Yemen, that produces and markets enhanced seed varieties under its registered Baftaim trademark, following ECOA and ISTA standards and Yemeni Law 22/1998. They needed a digital presence that could speak to farmers and distributors across Arab and African markets.
We built the site as the company's main front door: a product catalogue covering the onion range (Baftaim Red, Enhanced, White and Yellow), okra, okra seeds, onion seeds and carrot seeds, each with maturity days, yield per hectare, disease resistance and storage life. Alongside it sit an about section with company history and vision, a quality and certifications page, a news blog and a contact flow with WhatsApp integration.
Arabic and English are both first-class, handled with next-intl for locale-aware routing and automatic right-to-left layout. The design leans on farm photography from Wadi Hadramawt, a green agricultural palette and scroll-triggered motion that gives the seed production story room to breathe.
